The WORST hotel we ever encounter! The website boast of how pleasant this place is but it's the opposite! Avoid this place at any cost. This is disgusting old facility, no aircon, terrible staff only good taking your money but not refunding. Toilet is horrible and very poor customer service. This should be closed. There's rats on the ground too. We wanted refund as we arrived but they lied and not giving a cent back. We file complaints

Terrible. We were charged extra for Pool view but given a room that had a weak airconditioning and facing the walkway. Next day power went out frm that room and it took forever until they transfered us to a pool side room

Room has no window pitch black and when I complained about it they claim that there is a window it's just blocked by concrete wall.great answer

The place is old and dated, but the staff are amazingly nice and accommodating. We go there often to gym because we love the zumba!

This is my first time to this hotel , i was thinking this is good hotel , Wifi signal strength are good but the internet connection was really to slow 😠 Ac was not working well 😫 deluxe room but no ac !!!! Really disappointed this hotel

The hotel rooms are old & small in size but they're clean, including the bathrooms. We took 2 rooms-- both rooms had non-working TV's, room 1 had terribly working AC! The management needs to renovate this place. The hotel has a big & clean pool & a spacious gym. The staff are helpful & friendly.

Cannot really complain for the price price, but noisy room near swimming pool with kid screaming a lot. Super cheap curtain so the room is not dark at all. There is a fire detector with an annoying flash just on top of the bed and internet is slow. Service was really good.

Booked 2 rooms for 6 nights here,room was big,nice big bed,both room aircon have problem,I requested a fan and they just provide it right away,the TV only have 1 local channel,we requested ice for the room but they said its only for drinking in their restaurant, pool was nice,we really enjoyed,not perfect stay but was ok,I probably still book just for the swimming pool
